Dauntless (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a consulting and AI operations firm based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We provide AI literacy training, strategic consulting, and agentic system development services to government and private sector organizations.

We collect information you voluntarily send to us by email, booking request, or direct message, including your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. The website contact form opens an email draft; it does not store submissions in a website database today.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All client engagement information is held in strict confidence. We do not reference, discuss, or use client materials, findings, or deliverables beyond the scope of the engagement without explicit written consent. Standard NDAs are available on request.
We retain contact messages for up to 24 months for engagement tracking purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing craig@dauntlessagentic.com.
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy and any required consent notices will be updated before launch.
