I’m Craig Marchand. I help organizations change how work gets done.
Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked on transformation and change in complex organizations. Dauntless brings that experience to the practical questions leaders face with AI: where to start, how to bring people along, and how to make useful changes last.
Why Dauntless exists
I want AI to give people more room to use their judgement, knowledge and creativity. Dauntless is how I put that into practice: working with people on the problems they recognise, building skills and systems around the work, and being clear about what should stay in human hands.
The purpose is to expand human potential. In practice, that starts with the people doing the work.
Experience I bring to the work
My background includes serving as VP Innovation at BDO Canada and designing the FutureCraft program. My work brings together organizational change, AI training and practical system design.
The projects and training described here include work from my career before Dauntless. They reflect my experience, rather than a claim that Dauntless delivered every engagement.
